firstly, how many people should you have in the team?

even through you can have 10 to 25 players in a team which is all totally up to your decision, you should know how many you should have in the team would bring you the most benefits. before getting the answers of this problem, you should know something about the cd first. in flexible raid difficulty, we have independent cd. make an example. you join a team halfway, and they have already killed the first three bosses in a zone. you will join them to kill the forth boss together and you can get the drops in the raid if you succeed. but when you log in next time and you join a new team, you will start with boss 1 first. but when your team is challenging the forth boss, you can not get corresponding loots then.

but there is a number you should have clear idea about. when you only have less than 10 original players in the team, you may have to share the progress of the new players, which means you have to start from boss 1 again, and you can not get loots any more after killing the bosses you have killed before. we have made experiments, that it is the best when you have 14 bosses in your team. as the skill and blood volume of the boss changes according to the number of players in the team, when there are 14 players in the team, you can get through the flexible raid most easily. believe it or not, you can just have a try.

secondly, you should know the drop mechanism of flexible raid well.

there will be a bag in your pack. you can get chest, wow buy gold, materials and so on as rewards, jut like how it works in raid finder. you can even get family heirloom here. even through its level is not that high, it can improve your gears by large degree. you can get gears up to level 540 here. compared to other raid difficulty level, you can get more ornaments to improve your gears.

lastly, we would like to tell you that things can be totally different according to how many players in your team. the boss can be really easy to deal with when you have 25 players in a team, or it will be really difficult to kill. so, you should not only know how many players in your team would be the best, you should also cooperate well and have the best team combination. no matter what your class is, those who can take multiple roles in the team would be the most welcome in patch 5.4. let's wait and see!
