as an attack skill, puncture can cause bleeding on hit, which is used for melee classes as well as remote attack classes in path of exile.
with adding per 1% of quality, puncture will increase 1.5% skill effect duration which is basically five seconds.
for poe players, you can links puncture to less multiple projectiles, which increases it to three arrows in battle. what’s more, puncture can be matched with chain.
in terms of me, i suggest that puncture be a good skill to slay monsters which can regen life or move and attack quickly. as it is easy for my character with a bow to be killed by monsters with reflecting elemental or physical damage, i often use the skill to attack them.
sometimes, we are able to encounter such monsters with puncture to attack us in fights in the game, which has our characters continuously bleed.
there are some ways to help our characters stop bleeding after hit by monsters with punctures.
one is to arm our classes with flasks which can remove bleeding. however, when you recover life or mana from such flasks, it can stop your character bleeding.
how can we get the flasks with such attribute? we can use to reforge flasks.

the other way is to use enduring cry for our characters in fights. before the enemies with puncture, you perform enduring cry which adds endurance charges proportional enemies around our classes.
