flameblast, a new aoe skill, causes fire damage for enemies in battle. as poe players who play as scion, templar or witch, you can get the skill as reward after you complete the "the caged brute" in the act i of the normal difficulty. the skill can also be gained in the quest "delving into sin" with shadow.
flameblast has 9-14 fire damage at level 1, 6% critical strike chance, 50% damage effectiveness and 1.5% chance to ignite enemies per 1% quality.
as you use flameblast, you can cast just one fire circle for monsters once. the circle can be small one or big one in fights, which is up to you. the bigger the fire circle is, the higher the damage is. and the bigger circle will cost more mana. for players, if you want use blameblast as your attack skill. the thing you need to note is the high armour and life, because you will be attacked by enemies while you cast the skill.
flameblast can be linked to increased area of effect, to expand its damage ranger. or flameblast with concentrated effect has higher damage for monsters.
