Blade And Soul Sogun’S Lament Guide: First Boss Ken&Gen

finally, blade and soul update shattered empire has released. in the expansion content, there is a new asura soul shield, which has the best attribute in blade&soul soul shield. well, the dropped location of asura soul shield is sogun’s lament, today, we would like to share the blade&soul guide of sogun’s lament’s first boss: ken&gen

2-2(or 3-3)split tactic:
party will split into 2, both teams should have 1tanker and 1 ranger

ken & gen attacks is blockable
and easy to dodge
the will also throw"something" at the tanker of he/she keeps distance then jump to her/him. also don't kd them


boss guide：
after a while they will cast an aoe that:
-slows party members
-ken's aoe will buff party member's ap
-gen's aoe will buff defend for himself
-you resist the aoe, but not the buffs/debuffs

following the aoe, they will both throw"something" at the member standing closest to the walls,
these things will create a 5m aoe that lasts for quite some time when they land.

after the 3rd aoe, gen's defend buff in too high to damage him effectively. to remover his buff, kd both and gen. they will jump to the other side after that. after jumping to the otherside, they will pull and grab the tanker, and follow a 3-hit combo that would likely kill anyone. daze/stum after they pull to save the tanks. after that just repeat until you defeat them

the 4 the stack of the aoe will freeze party members and deals high damage to each , following a kd. a bm/lbm should use his/her shield to protect the party. fm's ice shield works but not very well,

tips :
1. if anyone dies during the fight, he/she should respawn and the run back to the fight,
2. the aoe will also decrease 99% of you hp regen. this is when you need the scorpion belts. the asura belt also works.
